This is the 78th Annual Meeting of the Mighty 4th District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. It is being hosted by Delta Alpha Chapter (otherwise known as the Gem City Ques) on April 25-28, 2018 in Dayton, Ohio.
